2. Basic functions of Bar positions

• Moves throughout property and supervises the operation of all beverage outlets as well as the service of beverage in food outlets and banquet functions. Directs team members on the details of their work activities.
• Ensures assigned bars and lounges are set-up on time and adequate amounts of beverages are on-hand. Inspects workstations, work areas, equipment, etc. to ensure efficient service and conformance to standards.
• Trains and monitors all levels of Bartenders, Servers and Utility positions for proper skill and service.
• Maintains proper inventories of all beverage products both in the operating beverage areas as well as in relevant storerooms. Supervises the financial aspects of the assigned bars and lounges.
